We've shared our home and hearts with several wonderful pets....

Chamois & Nugget Nugget (on right) was our first dog. She was 7 years old when we adopted her in 1998, and she was a great first dog for us...she was smart and learned quickly how to stay one step ahead of us! Chamois came to us in 2000, and was a total sweetheart! She could tell time without a watch - waiting for her dinner at 3:30pm every day like clockwork. Nugget and Chamois's adoption stories.

Rose We adopted Rose at the age of 14 years old, and we're thankful she was with us for 19 months before passing away in 2002. We have a special place in our hearts for senior pets, and plan to share our home with many more! Rose's adoption story...

Roxy and BJ Roxy (on left) came to us in 2002 from Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue when she was 8 years old. She was a nut for a tennis ball, and LOVED the water. Roxy always made us smile with her silly ways....earning her the name "Silly Girl"! Roxy was a true velcro dog and she brought us so much joy. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl this summer (June 2008), but she will live in our hearts forever. BJ (on right) was our first golden love. He was our neighbor's dog when we met him as a puppy. Because of changing circumstances in BJ's family, BJ joined our family in 2006 when he was 11 years old. BJ and Roxy bonded very quickly, and enjoyed their golden years together. We believe BJ added life to Roxy's years, and Roxy added fun to BJ's life, so they were a great pair. BJ was loved by so many...we had to say goodbye to him in March 2008. We are comforted knowing Roxy and BJ are again basking in each others' company.
