Doggie Biscotti Recipe

2 cups flour 1 cup wheat flour 2/3 cup peanut butter 2 ½ TBSP molasses 2 TBSP oil 1 ¼ cup water Oats or wheat germ Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine peanut butter, molasses, oil and water. Add flour, one cup at a time, then knead. Sprinkle oats or wheat germ onto rolling area, then roll dough to ¼” thickness. Press dough into 11”x 17” ungreased cookie sheet, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and cool slightly. Cut into 1” squares and place back onto cookie sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.
